TAGather is an app that conveniently combines functions of city wandering needs and soulmate-finding social aspect.
Starting from checkin at street corners, you will find your soulmates by expressive Hashtags. Use them (adjectives) to describe how you feel about a place, express what you feel like doing (verbs) at the moment. Someone across the street may want to wander around and discover hidden spots with you.
Those hashtags that you upload on TAGather, those from which became the most popular ones by shared feelings and interests will contribute to shaping personalities of the street blocks. Activities that you want to invite others to join will gradually become specialized industries for a city to continue develop.
